We are looking for a store manager in Hamilton for FreshChoice Supermarket is a trusted local grocery retailer committed to providing fresh, high-quality products and excellent customer service. We proudly serve our community with a wide range of fresh produce, everyday essentials, and locally sourced goods in a welcoming and friendly environment. At FreshChoice, we focus on convenience, value, and supporting local suppliers.

Fulltime permanent position

Must have at least 2 years management related work experience or a relevant qualification level 4 or higher

$25-$30 per hour depending on experience

  • Tasks Include:
  • determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
  • formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
  • promoting and advertising the establishments goods and services
  • selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
  • maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
  • undertaking budgeting for the establishment
  • controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
  • ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

  • Public holidays
  • Rotating roster
  • Shift work
  • Weekend availability
