Technology Services Coordinator

What Youll Do:

As a Technology Services Coordinator, youll be the backbone of our end-user technology services. Youll:

• Coordinate and triage service desk requests, ensuring timely and accurate logging and assignment.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, device builds, software installations, and authentication queries.
• Provide outstanding customer service, keeping users informed and ensuring SLAs are met.
• Assist with procurement, finance administration, and asset management.
• Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with IT policies and procedures.

What You Bring:

• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A keen interest in technology and continuous improvement.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Previous experience in a support role with a focus on detail and process.

The salary band for this role is $58,000 - $64,000 per annum.
