PART TIME MAINTENANCE PERSON NEEDED

The Ultimate Care Group is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider. We offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 19 residential facilities throughout New Zealand.

We have a Part time 20 hour a week opportunity working at our Bishop Selwyn facility in Spreydon.

The Role:
  • Permanent Part-time
  • General maintenance and looking after lawns and gardens across the site
  • Carry out regular site checks to approved practices
  • Ensure overall site safety
About you:
  • Must be physically fit
  • Trade qualification desirable
  • Demonstrated level of competence in general property and grounds maintenance and repairs
  • Work both independently and as part of the team
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and use initiative
