Dive into the Heart of Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of pricing analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Lead the end-to-end process of pricing analytics and pricing recommendations from engaging with business through to delivery
  • Lead the development of pricing models, pricing insights, competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities and achieve profitability and growth targets
  • Being the trusted advisor on pricing knowledge and collaborate with different teams across the business including Product, Underwriting, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Claims and Frontline etc to align pricing with business objectives
  • Implement best practices and lead development in Towers pricing algorithms and rating engines.
  • Continuously evaluate, improve pricing processes and tools
  • Be the champion of Agile framework to effectively prioritize and plan for pricing projects and resources

What Youll Need

  • A minimum of 5 years in insurance pricing, or related field
  • Experience with project/team management, or mentoring of junior members
  • Prerequisite: Relevant tertiary qualification
  • In-depth insurance pricing knowledge/expertise
  • Strong analytical and analysis mindset
  • Strong project management disciplines
  • Strong communication and well developed relationship management skills
  • Good organisational skills/ability to prioritise and plan
  • Confidence working with a variety of teams, including presentations to senior business leaders
  • Training and mentoring junior team members
