Monday to Thursday, 2:30 pm to 1:00 am

About the Role:

We are currently seeking System Analyst, to join our dynamic team. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing, designing, and optimizing systems that support our warehouse management and logistics operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify system requirements, and implement efficient solutions to enhance warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accurate input and maintenance of Warehouse Management System data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Identify and suggest change controls to improve operations and address fixes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and business disruption.
• Provide first-level support for local site operational issues and handle reconfiguration needs for continuous improvement efforts.
• Work with IT teams to ensure timely and efficient deployment of system updates and upgrades.
• Assist in identifying and implementing automation tools to improve warehouse productivity.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience, as a System Analyst, preferably in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain management.
• Minimum two years technical experience and strong understanding of working with 3PL products including warehouse management systems and logistics operations.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and system optimization.
• Proficient in system analysis, business process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Degree in Logistics, Business Management, or Computer Science
