Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, where you will play a key role in supporting our Westhaven Marina community, all while enjoying the serene charm of the Marina location.
This is a permanent, full-time position where you will be working Monday-Friday weekly.

What you will do

• Deliver top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting the customer’s needs with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication with our customers.
• Collaborate closely with team members across Eke Panuku marinas whilst maintaining accurate records and handle various administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in customer service roles and/or administration with basic financial background would be advantage, where youve honed your organisational and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive impact within a community.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a dynamic, community-oriented environment.
• Intermediate level knowledge and understanding of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams)
